Am I eligible for the Kadlec RN Residency?
Our RN Residency Program is designed for recent nursing graduates who are ready to launch their careers with confidence. You're encouraged to apply if you're in the final stages of completing the eligibility requirements below.
You may be eligible if the following requirements are met by your program start date:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program and have less than 12 months of RN experience.
- Hold a current, unencumbered RN license in Washington state (or a multi-state license that meets Washington's requirements)
- Have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
